Sky Crossing will comprise more than 1,200 lots on approximately 410 acres of land acquired from the Arizona State Land Department. The community, which is expected to open in February 2018, is located at Deer Valley Road and Black Mountain Boulevard near State Routes 51 and 101.Sky Crossing will feature multiple product offerings from the Pulte Homes and Taylor Morrison brands to meet the needs of many buyer segments.
The master plan includes a 13,000-square-foot clubhouse with a lifestyle director and full programming. The clubhouse will include a fitness center, small classrooms for yoga/dance, locker rooms, meeting rooms and a kitchen prep area for hosting community events. A large aquatic area will feature a beach-entry pool, play pool and lap pool, as well as a detached splash pad for smaller children. Other amenities include an adventure playground, event lawn and outdoor full basketball court. There will be an additional gated enclave within the community containing 354 lots. Residents in the gated community will have full access to the community's primary amenity along with a smaller, exclusive amenity center that will include a pool and spa, club-style Ramada and community fire pit.
